- Sending an enquiry, booking a call or applying for a programme does not create an agreement for services.
- Before any work starts, we provide a written proposal or agreement setting out the scope, price, timeline, payment terms and ownership.
- That written agreement governs the services. If it conflicts with anything on the website, the agreement wins.
- Places in programmes may be limited, and we may decline applications at our discretion.
The website assistant
The assistant on the website is an automated helper with pre-written answers, not a person. Its answers are general and may not fit your situation. They are not quotes, commitments or advice. For anything specific, contact our team. Please don’t share sensitive information in the chat.
Our content and trademarks
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, code, logos and the HumanBots name, belong to HumanBots or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Work we create for clients is owned as set out in each client’s written agreement.

When you submit a form, book a call or chat with the assistant, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you send us ideas or feedback about the website, we may use them to improve our website and services without obligation to you. Confidential project details you share in an enquiry are treated with care and used only to respond to you.
